Patterns and Faces
Patterns and Faces
These 11”x17” sturdy pattern cards provide great input for the developing visual field of an infant. They are especially key in the development of a child’s central detail vision (important for eye contact, writing on a line and paying attention to small details like mathematical signs). Patterns wake up the visual part of the brain so that the child can start paying attention to visual information. They can also be used to start the process of eye tracking, a vital skill for reading later in life. Infancy is when the foundation is laid for good visual function throughout life.
The set includes: 80 black and white patterns (20 with red accents) and 20 black and white faces. Full instructions for five different levels of development are included using both patterns and faces.
